Shipping
Ship your entire order for one low flat fee. We ship via UPS to US addresses only (we do not ship internationally). All in stock orders placed by 4PM are shipped the same day. If an item in your order is not in stock you will be notified as soon as possible. UPS Ground shipping charges are a flat $5.00 charge for the entire order. UPS 2nd Day Air shipping charges are $15.00 flat fee for the entire order. UPS 3 Day Select shipping charges are $12.00 flat fee for the entire order and Next Day Air Saver is 25.00. Shortly after your order is prepared for shipping you will be notified via e-mail with a UPS tracking number. Use the map below to determine approximate shipping time for UPS Ground service. Generally speaking, if you live in the yellow or gold areas of the map there is no need to choose 2nd Day Air.
Returns
Simply put, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it. New unworn merchandise will be refunded in the same manner it was paid for (minus the original shipping charge). If you choose to return your item(s) please contact us for a non-refundable $5 pre-paid UPS return label which will be emailed to you using the email address on your order. Items marked "Final Sale" are not returnable or exchangeable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are part of our simple FREE exchange process. Just request a replacement item on the enclosed return/exchange form and contact us for a FREE pre-paid UPS return label to send your item(s) back. Exchanges are always subject to availability at the time your return is received and processed. If you are afraid the item you need is going to sell out, you can always place a new order rather than request an exchange during the return process or call us to put the item on hold for you.

How fast will I get my order?
All orders are shipped out by 4PM EST. Any orders placed after 4PM EST will be shipped the following day. If you need your shoes by a specific date please call our toll free number at and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We know you want your shoes as soon as possible and we will make every effort possible to get them to you sooner than you expect. Ash Shoes ships exclusively via UPS.
Do you charge tax?
Ash Footwear USA is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Kansas, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, New York, Tennessee and Texas. If you are shipping to any of these states, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

Sale & Price Adjustments
If an item you order from Ashfootwearusa.com goes on sale or is reduced in price within 7 days of your original purchase we will refund the difference.
